Our Company Offers Full Range, Personalized Services to Meet Each Client's Needs.

Collection Buyout and Liquidation

We offer buyouts and liquidation of furniture or collections when an estate sale is not warranted. We can also connect clients with collectors when looking to sell jewelry, art glass, vintage, toys, coins.

Appraisal, Pricing, Staging

Our team is dedicated to appraising and pricing appropriately for the current market. When items require further valuing, we connect our clients with appropriate companies and collectors. We organize and stage all items to maximize sales.

Packing Service

Assistance with packing items for moving or relocating prior to an estate sale or post-sale is available to our clients as needed.

Consignment

Consignment of collections or individual pieces is available directly through Community Estate Sales or our business partners.

Estate Clear Out and Home Cleaning

Our team can coordinate all aspects of the estate clear out following a sale with 3rd party vendors as needed. We also offer to coordinate home cleaning and detailing services to prepare the home for selling as needed.

Referrals

In addition, we have many trusted partners we can refer our clients to for help in areas such as financial services, home placement/relocation support, real estate agents, moving companies, and much more.
